Makeup by Mario Softsculpt Shaping Stick,
Lys Beauty Cream Bronzer Stick

I recently introduced cream bronzer and contour sticks to my makeup routine. It was my first time using cream products for bronzer and contouring.

The Rare Beauty Warm Wishes Effortless bronzer in Power Boost
Rare Beauty describes their bronzer stick as a “mistakeproof bronzer in a convenient stick formula that melts seamlessly into skin for natural looking warmth and dimension.” It has the softest and creamy consistency of the bronzer and glides on effortlessly. Unfortunately, although it provided some warmth, this color was too light for my skin tone.

The features of Fenty Beauty include “conceal, correct, and contour, longwearing, light as air layering”. This product sets rather quickly, leaving only seconds to blend after application. The color had a grayish tone and was not a match for me.

Makeup by Mario describes this contour stick as a “creamy formula that dries down to a matte finish.” This also feels buttery and smooth when applying, and the opposite end of the stick includes a brush for blending.

Lys Beauty describes their bronzer stick as having an “easy to blend and lightweight formula that creates a diffused, natural looking shadow effect.” This bronzer stick was very creamy and blended effortlessly.

The Lys Beauty Bronzer, Makeup By Mario Sculpting Stick and the Rare Beauty Bronzer were easiest to blend. The product by Fenty Beauty sets very quickly and is more difficult to blend once it has done so. My favorite bronzer is by Lys Beauty. I was worried that it was too dark for my skin tone but it blends nicely with a subtle finish.
